Production time

The average lead time is about 4 weeks. Exact timing depends on quantity, complexity, materials and production capacity and is confirmed in the quotation or contract.

Warranty

12 months from delivery, subject to proper use. The warranty covers manufacturing defects. Final terms are specified in the contract and specification.

Delivery

Freight branch or address delivery by a logistics provider. Dedicated freight transport may be used for oversized items and larger orders. Cost and method are agreed before production.

Installation

Professional AVALON installation is available in Khmelnytskyi. For other cities, products are supplied for self-assembly or installation by the customer’s contractor according to the agreed scheme.
